Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
This bread is terrific. I served it with potato soup and it was the perfect pair.

Creamy Irish Potato Soup
This soup is so easy to make and it's delicious! I made it for our "Cultural Diversity" potluck at work and this was the only dish that didn't have to be packed up for leftovers.
