Acorn Squash
This is a fantastic dish, my only addition is a sprinkle of ground nutmeg and a pinch of salt to each. Oh, and I only cook them face up, with the butter/sugar/spice blend in them from the get go, and a little bit of water in the baking dish to help steam them a little.

Sloppy Joes II
YUM!! I made this with some Yve's "ground turkey" soy crumbles and it was a real winner. I cut the sugar a bit, and added 1 tablespoon of water to thin it out. I like mine a little more "savory" and not quite so thick, but otherwise this is a perfect Sloppy Joe recipe. I will try it with dried TVP next time to see if it soaks up the flavors.
