Barbecued Beef Brisket
This was very good and very easy. I sliced up the meat after a couple of hours in the slow cooker and put it back in. The meat came out very tender and delicious. Good sauce.

Baked Spiced Chicken
Great recipe. One of the better ones that I have tried here. I substituted basil for parsley and it worked out very well.
