Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
As written, these weren't very good. They were very thin. However, after reading some reviews, I used 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, and added about 3/4 cup more flour. Additionally, I increased the temperature to 350 and baked them for 14-15 minutes. They came out PERFECT this way. Soft and chewy!

Kettle Corn
This was pretty good! Not quite as good as some friends' kettle corn (they had a kettle corn business), but WAY better than the bagged microwavable kind! I did the 3 kernel test and alternated shaking and sitting it on the burner every 3 seconds (made for a great ab workout!). Turned out great!

French Baguettes
Yum! This bread was fantastic and the wonderful smell of fresh bread baking in the oven made it hard to wait! I didn't feel like pulling out the bread machine, so mixed and kneaded by hand. Even my husband, who is not a big bread fan liked it! This is definitely a keeper.
