Pumpkin Cake II
Wonderful, moist cake. 'loved it so much, we made it two days in a row. I altered by adding to the recipe a mashed banana, about 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and about 1 tbsp light brown sugar. And on top, I sprinkled a bit of dark brown sugar before baking. When served, we like to top it off also with some powdered sugar. This cake is great, thank you.

Jalapeno Popper Spread
Wow. I don't understand why such a simple recipe is so good, but wow. Thanks so much for the suggestions/reviews....I used fresh jalepenos and added just a smidge of some extra jarred jalepenos I had on hand....I smushed the parm cheese in and then topped off with some buttered itialian bread crumbs...'heated in the microwave and it was ready to spread on some toasted bagette bread and wow, soooo good. Thank you so much.
