Irish Whiskey Flat Iron Steak
The first time I ever cooked steak, I used this recipe. They were so magnificent, even my FIL - who is a big food critic :/ - had nothing but good things to say! And the only Irish whiskey I will use is Jameson!

Bacon and Tomato Cups
I have made these on several occasions and they are always a huge hit! If no one else ever ate them, I would certainly stuff myself full of them! But that is never a problem!

A Simply Perfect Roast Turkey
This recipe made my first attempt at a turkey (on Christmas Day, no less) a HUGE success. (I even think it was comparable to my MIL's!) Thanks so much!
