Lemon Curd
I am in lemony heaven!! This is just perfect-it's not too tart, but still has a bite. Just wonderful! I'm using it for a cake filling.

Burnt Butter Frosting
I give this frosting 6 stars! WOW! This is seriously the best frosting I have ever tasted. It is very very rich so a little goes a long way. I used it to top some peanut butter cupcakes. Fab combination. Thanks so much for this recipe!!

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles
I have to say that using this recipe as a base with some changes, my family loved it! I used a two pound bag of frozen meatballs, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (my husband hates celery), one envelope of dry onion soup mix, one can full of milk, two of beef broth and a package of sliced mushrooms. It tasted really good, but had too much grease, so I skimmed as much off the top as I could. Then added cooked noodles to the mixture after it was done. I think next time I will cook the meatballs in the oven to drain the grease and then mix together. Overall though, very good.
