Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Excellent!!! I substituted applesauce for the oil also, but otherwise made the recipe as directed. Will definitely make again.

Onion Meat Loaf
My grandmother used to put sour cream in her meat loaf. I had some left over onion dip, the kind simply made with sour cream and onion soup mix. I used that in the recipe with all of the other ingredients as listed. Very good.

Atomic Canuck Chili
I didn't use quite as much sugar as called for and it was still a bit sweet for me. My son loved it. My husband and I thought it was OK. I did add pork also as suggested. Might make it again.
