I have been making most of my soups from scratch, cooking a whole chicken (crispy and flavorful outside, juicy inside!), and... Chicken Marsala... it defeats me no more! My first time trying to cook Chicken Marsala for my wife (before we were married) was interesting to say the least. The worst of it was the chicken was black and incinerated. It couldn't have been that bad, because now we are married, and I cook for her every night! :)
