retired, but still love to cook. I constantly try different recipes as I have my entire cooking life. If a recipe makes too much I share with my widowed sister who lives nearby. Italian is my favorite type of food, but I try anything that sounds appealing. Two of my best friends are gourmet cooks and we share many recipes with each other Italian, although I am not Italian. Just love their food Many things I have baked and many entrees I have cooked have been very successful....I have alway felt it you can read and follow directions, you can cook. Although over the years, I have learned to "tweak" certain recipes with my own ideas and had great success.
