Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I must admit that this was the first thing that I made from this site and it turned out fantastic!! I agree with the others that if you have time to let it refrigerate at least a day before actually eating it (but honestly, who can wait that long!)because the flavors do meld together overnight. Like others I didn't add the water and use more chicken broth instead and used the stove instead of a slow cooker, because mine was too small for the recipe and it turn out just fine. Thanks for a great recipe.

Jen's Fresh and Spicy Salsa
I just made this for the second time and it is great. I like it spicy but only used one serrano pepper. Not bad for the novice cook.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I made these last night and they taste great warm out of the oven (I like mine this way.). The only problem is that the dough was very dry is that suppose to happen. I read other reveiws and tried not to over mix the batter and added 1/2 cup more flour. The cookie was great the next morning but a little dry and crunchy. But I will make this cookie again and try not to over mix it again. Thanks for the recipe!Update*** I figured out that I was making the cookies too small and they tended to be dry but since making them bigger they taste awesome. I glad I didn't give up on this recipe.
