Bean with Bacon
I've made this about three times now, and it's been delicious every time. The first time, I used canned Great Northerns. The second time, I used a full 16 oz. bag of navy beans. The third time, about 1/2 a bag. All were very good, but I liked the last batch really well. I like to melt a slice of Provolone on top.

Barbecued Shredded Beef
We thoroughly enjoyed this! Shredding the beef took some muscle & time (it may have been the cut of beef I used) but this was delicious the first day and even more so as leftovers. I made the barbecue sauce with a little bit of the cooking liquid, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, worcestershire, and a few spices. Yummy!

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!
My husband and I enjoyed the taste of this recipe, but found it rather rich.
