Danish Puff
This is a great Sunday morning or a holiday treat. One piece of advice- use Butter! It really makes a difference. My friend used margarine and it was not the same. There was no flaky crust and it looked more like a flat pancake instead of a puff.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
This was an excellent recipe. I made this for a pot luck and everyone raved over it. I knew this was a good recipe when my husband (who is not a chocolate lover) went back for 2nds. I made copies and gave it to everyone. I melted some white chocolate, took a fork and drizzled that over the chocolate. They looked so elegant. I dried mine on wax paper instead of inserting toothpicks and placing in styrofoam. I liked the wax paper because it made the drizzling of the white chocolate easier.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
It was okay. I could not find packed pumpkin in the store so I had to use a brand that was very runny. Next time I will search for the packed canned pumpkin mix. I used Ginger snaps and that was a hit with the family. I will make this for Thanksgiving because I think I will find canned pumpkin in my area easier.
