Irish Cream Bundt Cake
I love using cake mixes, especially when one can't tell a mix was used. This cake is fantanstic. It is moist and easy to make. The best part about it is the glaze, rich and sugary sweet, with that little bit of crunch, like a louisana crunch cake. The Irish Cream is delightful and not at all strong.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies I
Tender Peanut Butter Cookie. I made these in minature muffin tins, instead of a cookie sheet, baking time is the same. That way, the peanut butter cups are enrobed by the cookie and the cup is less likely to "fall off".

Cottage Noodles and Cabbage
What a flavorful dish. The cabbage and noodles are marked as a sidedish, but truthfully, I would like it for a main dish! The cottage cheese makes a creamy, lower-fat alternative to cream cheese. Very flavorful with a crunchy bite.
