Feta Shrimp Pasta
Loved the flavor of the feta and the shrimp. Based on other reviews, I added garlic and also increased the amount of shrimp to 1/4 pound per person. I replaced the butter with olive oil and used whole wheat pasta. I had some black olives in oil in the frig and added a few of those to the finished sauce and they blended well with the feta. Will definitely make this again, very quick and good.

Creamy Chicken Casserole
Very easy and good. I took some of the suggestions and added a can of mushroom soup and cut the sour cream to 1 cup. I also added chopped broccoli. I used Panko bread crumbs on the top and they worked well. Will definitely make again.

Leek and Cheese Quiche
I had some leeks on hand and went looking for a recipe to use them and found this. It's delicious and I've made it twice now. It fits perfectly in a standard 10" quiche dish (still with the 9" pie crust). I had reduced the eggs based on comments the first time I made it and had to add more. The 2nd time I made the recipe as given and it was just the right amount and cook time was correct also in the 10" dish. I also added some chopped kale into the egg mixture. Very easy and now a favorite.
