Roasted New Red Potatoes
This is the roased potato recipe I've been looking for! I modified the seasonings and sprinkled the potatoes with rosemary, kosher salt, and lemon pepper--they turned out fantastically and were the hit of our dinner party. The perfect (and flexible) side dish!

Daddy's Popcorn
Like most of the other reviewers, I think this is a terrific recipe. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is that, even with reducing the oil/margarine by nearly half, the popcorn was still a tad oily for my husband's and my taste. We're going to try using 1 1/2 T oil and 1 T margarine next time to hopefully get the optimal texture for us. That being said, the popping technique is terrific--not a single burned kernal. Best of all, no icky microwave popcorn smell! This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Sometimes it's tough to make a memorable tilapia dish, but this recipe is wonderful. Wanting to reduce excess fat and calories (as well as sodium), I followed the advice of previous reviewers and skipped the butter; I also used reduced-fat mayo. Additionally, I used celery seeds instead of celery salt--the cheese really does provide all the salt that's necessary. Being a bread crumb fan I also sprinkled those on top. The result: a relatively low-cal, low-fat, and incredibly tasty tilapia dish!
