Carnation(R) Raisin Bread Pudding
I've never made bread pudding before, this recipe is very easy and turned out delicious. Instead of white bread, I used leftover rolls from the school cafeteria rolls recipe. It was delicious. I drizzled a vanilla glaze over it and served with ice cream....i'll be baking this again and again.

Carrot Cake III
2nd cake recipe i've tried here and I am so pleased! Small family, so I bake them in small tin loaf pans to freeze. I've even given a cakes to friends (from the freezer) and they love them...asking for another cake. Thx Tammie for this submission - I'm a hit :-)

BREAKSTONE'S Moist Sour Cream Pound Cake
I am not an experienced baker, but I know good cooking. I tried this recipe and we loved it! I split the batter for 1/2 almond and 1/2 vanilla. I also baked in small pans to freeze, took one out today after 3 days and it's still delicious. The first of many cakes.
