Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
I made this with some leftover little mushrooms I had. They turned out really well and were super easy. The one problem I had was that they were a bit salty but I think that was because I used bacon bits instead of cooking my own bacon strips

Corn Dog Muffins
These were awesome!!! I cut the hot dogs into smaller slices so I could put at least three pieces in each muffin. They reheat great when wrapped in a moist paper towel. I can't wait to make this again!!!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf
My mom never made meatloaf when I was younger so I tried this on a whim and it was fantastic! the perfect kind of meal for a college student, it made lots of great leftovers. The only problem I had was that I didn't seal the ends well enough but I'll just work more at in next time I make it.
