Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles
Man these are good! I put in extra hot pepper and garic and some thinly sliced onion! The cucumbers have stayed crispy too! I would reduce the sugar and add more salt next time. Great flavor! thanks!!!

Basil Cream Chicken
Very nice! I used 8 chopped garlic cloves. I added chopped tomatos from the garden and marinated artichokes from the pantry. I did skip the peppers but will use them another time. This dish pleased the whole family.

Zucchini Bread IV
This bread did not hit the mark for me. My main complaint is the was too much cinnamon and lacked complexity. It just tasted like cinnamon bread. I did use 1/2 veg oil and 1/2 applesauce with great results. I will not make this again.
