Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
OMG people you have to try this! (as 3500 other people can attest to). This is the recipe we will be using in our bakery from now on. Although we did have trouble with the first batch we made, it turned out to be because my husband used powdered sugar instead of flour! Yikes! (men).

Quick Pour Fondant Icing
Wonderful recipe for glazing petit fours, wouldn't use anything else.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I
I added an extra 1/4 cup of cream, used frozen raspberries, and added lots of chunks of cream cheese in the middle layer. Really good!
