I am a mother of four and I love to cook. I work at a Bank so I don't have a lot of time to get dinner on the table. But on a weekend when we stay home I love to make a great meal followed by a yummy dessert. Shephard's pie - that is one dish I make from my mother that the family loves. Beef and onion pie- my mother taught me how to make pastry and we love beef and onion pie, we also make sausage rolls and cornish patties. Dessert - apple crisp, dark chocolate mousse, fudge, brownies French Toast - for some reason I can't seem to get it right when it comes to french toast. Fried Chicken - I've tried several times to make my own fried chicken and it's never seasoned enough or the crisp burns before the chicken is cooked through.
