Peach Cobbler IV
very easy to make. Took this to a friends house and was a big hit. My Wife kept saying yummy with every bite. Served with french vanilla ice cream. OMG it was so good.

Cool Cucumber Salsa
This was very good. A great change of taste to traditional salsa. My own opinion was it was much better after sitting in the fridge overnight. It had a chance for all the great flavors to combine. Thanks
