Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
This recipe is great. It's quick and ease to make, and the sauce is heavenly! I, like other reviewers, doubled the recipe for the sauce and for the thyme/sage. I served with mashed potatoes and julienned carrots, sauteed in the same skillet as the sauce. This infused the carrots with the same raspberry flavor - delicious!
