Pretty good recipe, really simple, hard to mess up. Used mozerella instead of parmesan and still tasted fine.

This recipe is great. It's quick and ease to make, and the sauce is heavenly! I, like other reviewers, doubled the recipe for the sauce and for the thyme/sage. I served with mashed potatoes and julienned carrots, sauteed in the same skillet as the sauce. This infused the carrots with the same raspberry flavor - delicious!
