Mashed Potato Soup
Ohhh, this is sooo good! I sauteed some chopped mushrooms and added a packet of brown gravy mix before adding the potatoes and milk and topped with green onions!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup
Absolutely Delicious! Instead of vegetable broth, I added a packet of onion soup mix with 1 1/2 cups of water! I have made it twice this week!
