Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
This recipe rocked! I didn't have cheddar on hand, but I did have 4 cheese Mexican blend. And it still came out awesome. I removed the foil within the last 10 minutes and sprinkled with a little extra cheese and chives. WOW!!! WE'LL BE DOING THIS ONE AGAIN.

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops
Just made these chops tonight using Costco thick chops, and the family loved them. Pretty impressed for such a simple marinade. Definately a do over.
