Egg Salad I
excellent recipe...i've never made egg salad before and i loved this one. Not too much mayo and plenty of flavor. I did use onion powder instead of onion and it was great! will be making again!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
This is absolutely amazing! It is time-consuming, but definitely worth the time and effort it takes to make. I did follow others advice and seasoned the chicken with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Also, next time i would like to add some carrots to the peppers and pineapple. Excellent!
