Pork Steaks
This is a great recipe for such an odd and not very good cut of meat. Best one I've tried so far for pork steak. The only thing I would do is increase the sauce so you could have more to put on mashed taters. Yum yum!

Fluffy Hot Chocolate
This is the perfect hot cocoa. It's smooth, light but chocolaty, and no grainy texture that most hot cocoas have. Kudos to the author!

Creamy Hot Chocolate
I like to make recipes the way they are written when I make it for the first time. I shouldn't have done it with this recipe. As it is written it tastes grainy and bitter to me. I won't do this one again without major changes.
