Roast Chicken with Rosemary
this recipe is fabulous! i've made this 3x already since adding it to my recipe box on december 4th, and every single time i've made it, everyone's gobbled it up in one night! :-)

Holiday ONLY Mashed Potatoes
THIS RECIPE IS FABULOUS! who cares if it's fattening? i'd still eat them all the time-- they're just that great!

Pesto Sauce
I found that this recipe is a little too greasy for my tastes. It also didn't have enough of a basil flavor, and the amount of garlic was also overpowering. It also really didn't taste like pesto-- only the aftertaste that came about five minutes later actually tasted like pesto. I was very disappointed.
