I'm a medical student in Omaha, pretty busy so I'm always in search of a quick and easy recipe! I love to cook everything! Getting people to eat it is the problem.....(my boyfriend won't eat much beyond mac and cheese and burgers) My family is German Mennonite so I love to cook our ethnic foods (which are really Russian). I have a goal to learn how to make "real" verenika (there's a much easier, lasagna-like version that I make regularly) at some point in my life.
