I love to cook and bake. As a matter of fact that is what I do for a living! I am the kitchen manager and a dietary cook for an assisted living facility in my town. I have worked there for six years and absolutely love my job. I love to cook or bake just about anything. Although some of my favorites are lasagne, meatloaf, casseroles and any kinds of desserts.I also love to make fancy dishes for entertaining. Some of my family's traditional favorite meals are meatloaf, lasagne, chili and any casserole dishes containing ground beef and pasta. Some of my cooking triumphs are homemade chicken noodle soup, homemade cherry cheesecake, and freshly baked cookies and bars. I do not recall having too many cooking tragedies. Although once I made a quick bread from scratch and it never raised correcty and was doughy in the middle. I never tried that recipe again!
