Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This recipe was a very pleasant surpise! My husband generally won't eat Tilapia, but after tasting this recipe he had a second piece and suggested that I keep this receipe. The only changes I made were to add 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp paprika. I heated up the leftovers for lunch today and they were just as good the second day. Thanks for such a great recipe.
