Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Im always looking for ways to make canned chicken eatable, this recipe totally worked. I added one of those little cans of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, and that pepped it up quite a bit! Also put some assorted spices in, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder. Very tasty for a few minutes work.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs
Really good. I didn't baste every 20 min, instead like another reviewer said I covered for the first hour and a half then i uncovered and basted about every 30 min. super tender and tasty great recipe.

Washabinaros Chili
Loved it! could be the best chili i ever had, and definitely the best i ever made! Coffee and beer???.....genius!!!!. I used horseradish instead of wasabi stuff... (the wasabi paste i looked at had horseradish listed as its main ingredient so i didn't bother to spend 3 bucks on it). Also I couldn't find a habanero so i used a plain ole jalapeno. anyway, turned out amazing!!!
