Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

This was an absolutely fantastic oatmeal peanut butter cookie recipe. I made a double batch from the get-go, being that we're a family of five and some of the reviews suggested that the recipe didn't yield a lot. Let me tell you, these cookies went fast! Delicious, rich, a nice moist cookie unlike some of the peanut butter cookie recipes I've tried that end up dry and crisp. This is most definitely a keeper!

Cream of Mushroom and Soy Sauce Pork Chops

This was really good, except it was a bit too salty tasting. I think I will either do one of two things next time I try this recipe. Use a lower sodium soy sauce, or use less soy sauce during the marinating. But definitely tasty!

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

This recipe was fantastic, wonderful combination of flavors, tender, melt in your mouth steak. The only thing I did differently was that I used fresh garlic cloves when browning the steak and I added a red bell pepper along with the green bell pepper as we tend to love our peppers here. :) I will definitely make this one again.
