this was a wonderful dinner option! it was very filling. i used olive oil instead of vegetable oil to cook both the chicken and the onions and garlic. i used minced garlic b/c i had it at home. i used white pepper and anise seeds instead of corriander seeds. i also used fresh oregano from my garden. i paired it with mex cheese, tortila chips and sweet avocado sprinkled w/ lime a sea salt. it was a hit! i was looking for a more WHITE chili recipe but i found this to be really hearty and will continue to use this recipe!

this recipe was de-LISH!!! instead of dry wine i used pinot grigio...a bit more than what was called for. in addition, i used flour instead of cornstarch with a pinch of lemon. i poured it over breaded chicken cutlets and a family recipe of the left over breadcrumbs, eggs and garlic from the breading of the cutlets. really, this recipe was easy to make and pleasantly wonderful!!!
