I am a wife/mom/housewife....I enjoy cooking, and am a true southerner. I can make the best fried pork chops in the world i must say ( and have been told )...I play tennis in my n'hood, love to workout, travel, and spend time with my family n friends!! =)
My favorite things to cook
fried pork chops, crab legs, ( I can make some delic legs!! ) fried mushrooms, salads, taco pie, homemade spag., blackeyed peas, homemade mac n cheese, too many..I cant thinkl!

Cheese Enchiladas
dunno about this one...very bland and I even added the onions..cooked them a little before I put them in with the cheese...the corn tort.were VERY bland...might be better with a flour tort.....used taco seasoning instead of the creo.oh well maybe another time I will try again...=(

Traditional Salisbury Steak
this was good..preparing the meat..yes..follow directions...DID NOT make near enough gravy though, and kinda bland....will make again and follow some other users ideas...

Cheesy Corn Casserole
This came out TOO dry...followed directions as stated......would never make again...think it had way too much cornbread mix...
