i Made this for thanksgiving, it fed 40 people after i doubled the recipe! There was none left! It was a huge hit and I will make it again and again!

WOW! better than outback steakhouse! The only bacon I had was maple bacon, that threw the taste off a bit so next time ill use regular bacon. I saute onion and mushrooms together b/c to us they go hand in hand.I also diced tomato on top.That gave it just the perfect edge. served it with broccoli and corn. I felt like i had made a restaurant meal! a repeat for sure!
