Peach Pie
Fabulous pie!! We did not have fresh peaches so we used canned peaches and drained the liquid, then followed the directions. AMAZING!!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
Excellent cake. Easy to make and so moist. My family devoured it in one setting. All the men had seconds. My new favorite cake.

Baked Scallops
My husband and I enjoyed this very much. We even used the sea scallops. Adding salt after baking was just the right touch.
