Kris' Lentil Sausage Soup
What a great recipe! We had all of the ingredients and it turned out to be such a wonderful, quick and hearty meal on a cold rainy day!! I used tomatos with diced garlic and onion, as that is what we had. Thank you Kris for such a keeper!

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
This was excellent! I did add a thin layer of ham on each piece of chicken under the swiss. Next time, I will use low sodium cream of chicken...a tidge too salty. Also used wine as the other reviewers recommended. Will definitley make again.

Mom's Best Meatloaf
This was quite good and it was enjoyed. However, it was a little sweet for my taste. But the rest of the family loved it.
