Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies
These are perfect holiday cookies. Very good with lots of cranberries, chips, and nuts. Toasting the nuts is key and watch them so you don't overbake. Right out of the oven they just melt in your mouth.

Waffles II
This recipe makes perfect waffles. I varied the recipe a bit and used all whole wheat flour and added a tsp of cinnamon and a tsp of cloves. My kids loved them. They topped them off with banannas and some apple sauce!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch
Very good, just need a little extra seasoning and bit more cheese and the family loved it. I also added crushed saltine crackers to the top with melted butter and this gives it a little crunch.
