Cheesy Potatoes and Ham
Very good. I did cook the onions in the butter before adding the cheese. I also used 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese instead of the cheese suggested and then sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on the top before baking. I also used cream of celery soup. all these changes are to my family's taste-

Chocolate Icing
Fantastic... the only change I would make is to double it.. I was just able to cover a sheet cake.. so if I used this for cupcakes as originally planned I would have run short. Great flavor!!

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls
Wow-Wow-Wow- amazing- I used a dark strong tasting honey and it made all the difference- these don't last long in my house
