Cookies, pasta, more cookies, and brownies, although I haven't been brave enough to try those from scratch yet. Oh, yes, and more cookies! Anytime I try anything new and it turns out well I get into my exuberant mode and try to get everybody in a five-mile radius to try it. They're not always happy about that, but that's okay, it's more for me! The first time I tried to make toffee I was constantly stirring and it started to stick and smell terrible even though it hadn't been on the stove as long as it was supposed to be. Turned out the spoon had melted. That was fun.
