Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Perfect pumpkin cookie recipe! My 8-year-old asks for them all the time, even without the glaze. These only took 12 minutes to bake, and I got almost 4 dozen from this recipe.

Cheesecake Brownies
Adults gave this 5 stars, kids gave them no stars. I used the cake-like brownie recipe and added a splash of vanilla to the topping and they turned out great. Thanks for the easy-to-do recipe!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Awesome! I, like many of the other reviewers, have been making this for years. Kids like it, adults LOVE it! Be sure to microwave the chocolate frosting for less than a minute so it is easy to pour it over top (I only use half the tub). I have also made this in a pretty glass bowl with graham cracker crumbs (like "dirt" dessert). Let it sit overnight for the best, soft texture. Enjoy!
