I am in love with this recipe! I just made this today and I was surprised how well it cooked in my deep fryer! I didn't have any garlic so I used ginger and it tasted awesome! I followed up with a sweet chili sauce for dipping. Anyone looking for a quick and easy fried shrimp recipe you are in the right place!
