Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was FANTASTIC! I could not believe such simple ingredients created such a dynamic soup! I followed the recipe exactly as stated. *NOTE:* I used fat-free milk

Mexican Lasagna II
Other than the "traditional" Italian lasagna, this is arguably the best non-traditional Italian lasagna recipe! My vegetarian roommate even said the smell made her want to eat it!

Eileen's Meatloaf
THE best meatloaf I have ever made! I followed the recipe exactly as stated and it turned out great! The meatloaf was moist and not dry at all. FYI- I used lean ground beef.
