Spanish Rice
Great basic recipe, I add ground beef , use chicken stock rather than water, Instead of plain stewed tomatoes I use the ones that have hot peppers in them. Than when its all done Add shredded cheddar YUM everyone LOVES IT.

Aw-some Cole Slaw
My husband and father in law both LOVE cole slaw, I made this with fresh cabbage from our garden it is the best !!!!!!! They both raved about it ! Made it as directed, came out perfect .Thanks for the recipe !
