Baked Corn
I made this for my Bunco group luncheon. The only change that I made to the recipe was to add some fresh corn kernels from cooked corn on the cob that I had leftover. This recipe is easy to make, and it made a great side dish for a baked ham. This is definitely a recipe that I will make again.
