Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Yum!! Made this tonight and absoulutly loved it. Used sage sausage instead of ham because I had it on hand, and it was amazing. I am seriously thinking about going back for my third bowl...

Chococonut Chip Cookies
I love, love, love these cookies! I added 2-3 cups of macadamia Nuts. I made them for a Birthday party at work and everyone asked me for the recipe. I made them a lot larger, a litte smaller than a baseball, and cooked them for about 20 minutes.
