I started learning to cook from my mother and took a couple cooking classes in high school, but I haven't had a lot of experience; though I absolutely LOVE to cook. I also enjoy scrapbooking and being outdoors. I love to cook breads, soups and salads. I'm still working on the bread and as with most cooks, it takes a few times to master the recipe. I like to work with fresh ingredients because they are healthier and they taste a million times better. My mom would always make the best tomato soup... and still does. I can't wait to get my very own juicer so I can make it just the way she does! I just made some hearty tomato and veggie soup. It tasted great! B.R.E.A.D. :) Still working on it...
