Chicken Piccata II
This chicken looks really good on a plate and also tastes wonderful. I oversalted the first time, though the recipe did not call for salt, which was why I added a little bit into the egg mixture, which almost ruined my dish the first time. To save it, I added water to the pan covering the chicken and let it come to a boil and then I dumped out the liquids, and repeated that three times until I got the flavor I liked. *Do NOT add salt to this dish, it is not needed.
