I am a mommy of two very different and individual children with polar opposite tastes, and a girlfriend to a food fanatic who definitely defines the phrase "the fastest way to the heart is through the stomache" Tacos, guacamole, stuffed chicken breast, anything Italian, lots of casseroles, Chili, Salads, Meatloafs, etc. I am half scottish, half Cicilian, raised in the southwest. I can make just about anything except Chinese food, which I am very interested in learning! I am famous for my tacos, guacamole, Homemade Mashed Potatoes, and Chili So far nothing has turned out too terrible, except for some steak I tried to make when I was 13 which I burnt to a crisp in a skillet.
